4. Delivery & Revisions

• We commit to delivering work within the agreed time. However, delays due to insufficient or unclear information are not our responsibility.

• Minor revisions (based on original requirements) are free within 3 days of delivery.

• New or altered instructions post-delivery may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

• Services are provided on a 100% advance or milestone basis.

• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change based on workload or urgency.

• Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed modes.

6. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are issued only if we fail to start or deliver the service.

• Partial refunds may apply if there is a major service error on our part.

• No refunds after final delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All work provided is original and created based on the client's inputs. Once delivered and fully paid, you may use the work as you see fit.

We do not claim ownership of the content shared by you or created for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shree K P Academic Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Misuse of content provided.

• Academic penalties due to submission against institutional policies.

• Delays caused by technical issues or incorrect client inputs.
